The sleeper units for Mwiba Lodge - Tanzania. These were designed using light gauge steel frames. The wall panels and roof structure were then clad in canvas and shade net to take on the appearance of a tent. This system allows the canvas aesthetic to be combined with luxury features not usually associated with tents, such as large glass sliding doors and rendered bathroom finishes. Generous sisal pole verandas provide shading for the large glass doors.
